When I saw a photo of him in court, I didn't think he was autistic.

Appearances can be deceiving. Otherwise, from what I have read in the papers, I have no opinion yet on whether he is autistic, but if he is it's important to consider co-morbidities and a fuller understanding of what might have driven him to do what he did. It isn't helpful to anyone to suggest he has one particular condition at such an early stage.

The only significant thing he said was ;
I have a son who has Asperger’s who is loved by everyone in his family and who is wonderful
And he sees some similarities with the shooter ( social isolation )
You cant blame a Layman trying to put a label on something very disturbing news even if he is "familiar" with autism
What disturbed me was that a Psychiatrist put a Asperger label on Breivik
